Dr. Emanuel Vincent
Head of School
Doctorate in Educational Administration and Instructional Leadership
Hello, I’m Dr Emmanuel Vincent, and I’m honoured to serve as the Head of School at Maple Bloom.
It is a privilege to join this vibrant community and to work alongside our families, students, and educators as we continue building a school where every child feels known, challenged, and inspired.
With over 25 years of experience in education across five continents, my journey has taken me from early years classrooms to secondary schools serving communities of all sizes, including institutions with more than 5,000 students. I have taught and led in countries such as China, Qatar, Cambodia, Japan, and the United States, experiences that have deeply shaped my philosophy of education.
Before entering education, I worked in the corporate world at Ernst & Young. A pivotal encounter with a student led me to reflect on purpose, identity, and impact, ultimately guiding me into a career dedicated to learning and leadership. That decision continues to inform how I think about schools today.
I believe that true education is built on relationships. Children learn best when they feel seen, understood, and valued. Academic excellence matters, but connection, curiosity, imagination, and agency are what allow learning to truly take root. At Maple Bloom, our aim is not only to prepare students for examinations, but to prepare them for a rapidly changing world, equipping them with confidence, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and the courage to lead with character.
As Head of School, I am committed to fostering a culture where teachers feel supported, students feel empowered, and families feel deeply connected to the life of the school. Together, we will continue shaping an environment where learning is meaningful, engaging, and future-focused.
I look forward to partnering with you as we write the next chapter of Maple Bloom’s journey.
