Alexandria Rohde-Mutta
Early Years Practioner
Hi, My name is Alexandria.
Throughout my experience, Early Childhood Development has always been my passion.
Working directly with children and being the supporting act of their natural curiosity, creativity
and exploration. I have found one’s surroundings, environment and connections become a true
foundation in our desire to learn and it’s been a joy to be a small part in that.
I have worked in a variety of environments with individuals, families, classrooms and
communities. Bringing awareness toward emotions, world understanding and identification.
Learning phonics and letters, not just as a requirement for school, but our ability to speak and/or
express ourselves, aiding in confidence and desire to find out more.I love being in nature and
use pretend play and my vivid imagination to engage and connect with them on their level.
Listening to their ideas and combining them with an experience aiding in fun-learning activities
that are remembered and shared.
Working at different stages of development and seeking to provide open mindedness,
adaptability and understanding; I also have trained with specialized therapists to educate one on
one with children that are non-verbal, autistic, or have special needs. I helped with their
transition from being at home to the busy, unfamiliar environment that can be overwhelming and
intimidating. Whether it’s trying new foods, processing strong emotions, or physically not having
the same ability as others, I have small connections with them and get to know what works.
Taking challenges as part of the process. Providing the safe spaces, support, encouragement
and compassion that it takes to start and take part with others.
