CACHE Diploma in Childcare
I'm Sukaina Karim, an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) educator, holding a CACHE Children's Care, Learning, and Development certification from the UK. With over 15 years of teaching experience in both England and Tanzania, I am dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young minds.
I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels valued and can actively participate in their learning journey. Understanding and catering to the unique needs of children with special educational requirements is a fundamental aspect of my teaching philosophy.
I incorporate creative and engaging methods, such as music, songs, and rhymes, to enhance language development and make learning enjoyable and effective.
Prioritising the safety of the children under my care, I have undergone specialised training in fire safety to respond effectively to any emergency situations. Creating a secure and protective environment is of utmost importance, and I am committed to upholding the well-being and safety of each child.
I believe in fostering strong partnerships with parents to provide comprehensive support for children's development, particularly for those with unique needs. Early intervention is key to addressing challenges related to social and communication skills in young learners, and I am equipped to identify and address such difficulties.
Additionally, I have completed a basic first aid course to ensure the well-being of the children in my care. My passion for teaching is reflected in my continuous learning and dedication to creating a solid foundation for young minds. I look forward to instilling a love for learning in each child, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience during their time in the reception class.
