I am Nelly Louis, and Welcome to Maple Bloom Elementary :)

I am Tanzanian, and I have always been passionate about understanding human behavior, and it all begins with understanding the child. With a background in Psychology & Child and Youth Development, I am driven to understand every child to best nurture every developing youth. Paired with 7 years of hands-on teaching experience, I have honestly learned as much in classrooms as I've imparted.

Education is fast-changing, and I believe in staying at the forefront of innovative teaching. Our team focuses on using research-based learning techniques that have been proven to enhance student success at Maple Bloom. We encourage personal growth and professional development, and I'm personally on a journey to further enhance my expertise and continue to pioneer change in the education world.

I take immense pride in being part of a team of youthful, dedicated educators with boundless enthusiasm, who share the same love and commitment as I do in providing the optimal initial learning experience for children. Together, we create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young minds can flourish.

Prioritising wellness within our school community and fostering a healthy, thriving environment is of paramount importance and the well-being of our students, educators, parents and all staff holds the highest significance to me.
