Esther Kibona

Hello! My name is Esther, and I'm thrilled to be one of the newest members of the Maple Bloom team. As a trainee early years teacher's assistant, I'm excited to embark on this journey of providing care and nurturing to our young learners.

I recently transitioned from a background in business administration to pursue my passion for working with children during their formative years. Armed with a bachelor's degree in business administration, I bring a unique blend of organizational skills, adaptability, and a fresh perspective to early childhood education. My enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and transferable skills drive me toward my goal of becoming an excellent early years assistant.

Since February 2024, I've had the opportunity to interact with different age groups in our preschool, both during class and in our fun afternoon club. My time at Maple Bloom has strengthened my ability to work in a classroom setting, understand the daily routine, and offer the right kind of assistance.

In the future, I'm looking forward to gradually taking on more responsibilities and growing professionally, while providing a positive and supportive environment for every child.
